Returns & Exchanges

At Marlin Made, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade swimwear. Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges for sizing issues or manufacturing defects. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. If you wish to initiate an exchange, please contact us within 14 days at marlinmade2@gmail.com, and We will then reply with instructions on how to process the return. If the item qualifies for a return we will then have you send in the item(s). Once the items are received and inspected you will receive store credit of the item. Thank you for supporting our small, sustainable business!

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7-days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Marlin Made will not be held responsible for any packages that may become lost or stollen while in the care of the United States Postal Service/DHL/UPS. Please contact your local post office/postal carrier for further instructions on how to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we have no control over the package/goods once it has been dropped off and accounted for at your local postal carrier.
